How many tracks can you record at one time?
We can record as many as 32 tracks in and 16 out.

How many hours is a day rate?
A typical block out day rate is 10 hours

Does The Cave record to any other format
other than Pro Tools?
No. The only format we run is Pro Tools HD3
(the most powerful pro tools system available at this time)

Does The Cave provide mastering?
No. We feel that your project should be mastered by a mastering studio that specializes in that particular field. We believe that a fresh pair of ears on your mix never hurts. We provide state of the art tracking and mixing but not mastering. We know plenty of referrals to guide you in the right direction.

Does The Cave record all styles of music?
Yes! We record all genres and styles of music

Can artist bring in their own
producers and engineers?
Absolutely! The Cave allows artist to bring in their own engineers and producers to work in our studio. You can simply book out the room and have your own guys run the session for you. For more details please call us at 615-790-7578

Does The Cave pitch music to
publishers and writers?
No. We are simply a recording studio not a
publisher or record label.

Can The Cave provide studio musicians?
Yes. We have a roster of some of the finest musicians
working in and around the Nashville area.

Does The Cave accept credit card payments?
Yes but only over the phone and the balance
must be paid in full up front.

What is the wait time for blocking out the studio?
If the studio is currently not booked there is always a lead time of one week prior to the session booked.
